MASTERCHEF 2020 contestant David Rickett has impressed judges with his culinary skills during the competition.

Who is David Rickett?
David, 31 is from London.
He is a Cyber Crime and Fraud Prevention worker.
There’s an artistic background in there too as he studied fine art at Leeds University.
After working in banking for seven years expressing very little creativity, he says he’s “finally found my new art, in cooking”.
Is David Rickett on MasterChef?
Viewers have watched the BBC show whittle down from 60 contestants over the last couple of months.
David made it down to the last seven contestants to head into the semi-finals after preparing dishes aboard the royal navy ship, HMS Diamond followed by a gruelling Invention test set by the judges.
He previously managed to bowl over the judges with his beetroot and chocolate tartlet, explaining: “Beetroot isn’t usually used in desserts, but I think it goes really well with the bitterness of the dark chocolate and the sweetness of the raspberry.”
The judges were quick to praise his creativity.

There are only seven remaining contestants in the Semi-Final.
