RiskSense®, Inc., the pioneer and market leader in pro-active cyber risk management, today announced the appointment of Danny Quist as the company’s first CTO. Quist was most recently head of security operations and engineering for Bechtel Corporation, the United States’ largest construction and civil engineering company. He is also a leading expert in malware reverse engineering who has worked with MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Quist joined RiskSense from Bechtel Corporation, where he managed the company’s global cyber security including its computer incident response teams and security operations center. He has served as a security researcher on malware reverse engineering and kernel development with MIT Lincoln Lab, Los Alamos National Laboratory and was founder and CEO of software and network security penetration testing firm Offensive Computing LLC.
